About our brigadeiros
Brigadeiros are handcrafted treats, very traditional at birthday parties, weddings, and any events in Brazil. Some people say it is a fudge, others say it is a chocolate truffle. We say it is a mix of fudge and chocolate truffle... and it is delicious!!!
Our brigadeiros are a mix of sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and their flavour. For example, for chocolate flavour, we add cacao; for coconut, we add shredded coconut, and so forth.
Brigadeiros taste better at room temperature!
Storage directions: keep brigadeiros in a cool and dry place for up to 3 days. If refrigerated, they will last for a week, and if frozen, for up to 3 months.
